I was told that I could not have a refund as Reolink Terms and Conditions state that any claim should be made within 30 days of purchase. These included going through the set up procedure again several times, checking my Wi-Fi password, switching off any mobile antivirus and firewall, send a photo to Reolink of the camera image on my mobile etc. I contacted Customer Services which resulted in numerous messaging and being asked to perform numerous camera and mobile checks. My mobile showed no Wi-Fi connection to the camera, while my other Wi-Fi equipment worked perfectly. Just 2 months after set up it stopped working. ![]() ![]() ![]() I bought my Argus 2 camera direct from Reolink.
